Page Cosgrove, a student at Arizona State University and Phoenix native, is spending her summer interning at Rosendin, the largest employee-owned firm in the electrical contracting industry. Along with 90 other interns from across the country, Cosgrove is gaining real-world experience in various areas such as project management, estimating, safety, Building Information Modeling, IT, finance, and marketing, which will help with her career development.
As a marketing intern at Rosendin’s office in Tempe, Arizona, Cosgrove is learning new skills and getting hands-on experience in the construction industry. She is working with the marketing team on a range of assignments, including brainstorming and researching ideas for content, attending marketing meetings, assisting in the design of Rosendin’s quarterly newsletter, and creating graphics for social media and flyers for internal events.
Cosgrove chose to intern with Rosendin because of its excellent reputation for its internship program, which provides opportunities to learn from some of the best in the industry. She has been impressed with the company’s focus on its employees and the potential for growth within the organization.
The summer intern program at Rosendin aims to help students like Cosgrove realize their full potential and develop into future leaders. Successful interns are invited back for the following summer or offered a full-time position. Rosendin often recruits students from Arizona State University through campus career fairs and recruiting events.
